Description
This API returns BTOP funding information by state ID.

Why We Provide It
We are providing this API to increase the value of the transparency of the National Broadband Map. With this API you can retrieve the information about BTOP funding in an individual state by giving state ID information (e.g. abbreviations of FIPS).
