Which Forms Can Be e-Filed?

The forms below are currently available for e-Filing, with some restrictions.

How Do I e-File?

To begin the e-Filing process, click the link above for the form you would like to file and follow the instructions.

What should I do if I can’t e-File?

  • If e-Filing is not the best option for you or you are not eligible to e-File, please file a paper application.

What are the benefits of e-Filing?

  • You can file your benefit application online.
  • You can pay your fees with a credit or debit card, or directly through your checking or savings account.
  • You will receive immediate confirmation that your application has been received by USCIS.

If I am requesting a fee waiver, can I still e-File my application?

No, a fee waiver cannot be requested using e-Filing.  Please file a paper application if you are requesting a fee waiver.

Where do I mail the documents supporting my application?

Please read the form instructions carefully for a list of required documents and send them within 7 calendar days to the address on the e-Filing Confirmation Receipt.

What will happen if I don’t mail the supporting documents?

We will not begin processing your application, and we will send you a Request for Evidence (RFE).   If you do not send the documents within the RFE timeframes, we will deny your application or petition for abandonment and your filing fees will not be refunded.
