Tonya Parker
Tonya Parker is a Program Analyst in the Office of the Associate Director of the Applied Research Program. Prior to joining ARP, Ms. Parker was a Program Analyst with the NCI Office of Cancer Survivorship, where she was responsible for providing technical guidance and programmatic support in the areas of portfolio analysis, grants/contracts management, budget and strategic planning. Prior to joining NCI, she worked at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) as a Grants Analyst. Previously, she lived in Los Angeles, CA. Ms. Parker received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Bowie State University.
