Provides access to lists and search of patent attorneys and agents registered to practice before the USPTO.

OEMS - Order Entry Management System
Provides online purchasing capability for copies of Patents and Trademarks, as well as copies of Patent and Trademark Assignment documents.
System Operating Hours: 24 hours daily, 7 days per week. While OEMS is available at all times for placing orders, the processing of these orders is dependent upon other systems as follows:
(1) OEMS core service hours are Monday through Sunday, 6:30 AM to 8:40 PM Eastern Time.
(2) Image Retrieval and delivery processing hours are M-F 6:30 AM to 8:40 PM.
(3)FAX systems are scheduled to be available 24 hours daily, 7 days per week.
System Operates On: Internet access using a minimum browser of Netscape 3.0 or MS Internet Explorer 4.0. Adobe Acrobat 3.0 or higher is required to view PDF files delivered via the Internet. Obtain downloads of required viewing software through our Document Formats page.

PAIR: Patent Application Information Retrieval
Provides current status information of issued patents and, for authenticated users, access to status information of pending patent applications and for retrieval and viewing documents contained in the Image File Wrapper.

PATFT & APPFT: Patent Full Text Search
Provides full text search for patents and patent applications, with capability to retrieve and view document images contained in the Image File Wrapper [using the Patent Images on the Web (PIW) system].

PRPS - Patent Review Processing System
PRPS is an electronic filing system being designed for the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences, which is now the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. The system is designed for filing and viewing documents in trial proceedings established under the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act.
System Operating Hours: PRPS will constantly be available except during maintenance hours (12 a.m. to 5 a.m., Eastern time).
The support line (571-272-7822) will be staffed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 5 p.m., Eastern time).

PSIPS: Publication Site for Issued and Published Sequences
Provides access to large sequence listings and supporting tables of granted and/or published U.S. patent applications. Shorter sequences (<300 pages) are included in the U.S. patent text databases and not in this system.

Provides online capability for ordering and downloading USPTO data products; requires account registration.
