Measles
If you are travelling to Europe you may be at risk for being exposed to measles.  Talk to your doctor to make sure you are up-to-date on your MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) vaccine before you travel.

Influenza (Flu)
Flu is widespread nationwide, including California. It’s not too late to protect ourselves and our family. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends that everyone 6 months of age and older get their yearly flu vaccine. To find a vaccination clinic near you, visit www.flu.gov

Whooping Cough (Pertussis)
Cases are widespread. All Californians, especially close contacts to infants and all health care workers, should be immunized against pertussis.
