Rules for Outside the Home Quiz

Often, it is easier to set and keep rules for your own home than for public places. But, if you work with your children to set rules and consequences before you leave home, it will be easier to make sure they behave according to those rules.

Setting limits is easier than it sounds, if you think ahead. Dr. Charles E. Schaefer, professor of psychology and director of the Center for Psychological Services at Fairleigh Dickinson University, provides a few simple steps to follow, and Building Blocks provides some key family problem scenarios for you to solve.
