The National Health Interview Survey (NHIS) is an annual study, conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS), in which tens of thousands of Americans are interviewed about their health- and illness-related experiences.

National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (CDC)

National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES), conducted by NCHS, is a program of studies designed to assess the health and nutritional status of adults and children in the United States through interviews and physical examinations. NHANES includes data on dietary supplement use.

National Home and Hospice Care Survey (CDC)

The National Home and Hospice Care Survey (NHHCS), conducted by NCHS, is a survey of U.S. home health and hospice agencies. It is designed to provide descriptive information on home health and hospice agencies, their staffs, their services, and their patients. The survey includes questions on CAM use.

CAM and People Aged 50+ (AARP and NCCAM)

AARP and NCCAM partnered on a telephone survey of over 1,000 people aged 50 and older to assess whether patients and their health care providers discuss CAM use.
