If you do not include the mandatory information on a particular practitioner within your subject database, you will not see this practitioner listed on the Available Individuals page.
Practitioner profiles that do not include the mandatory information will display an "N" in the "Completed" column of your subject database list. To see what information is missing, highlight the practitioner's name in your subject database and select the Edit button. When the online subject profile form appears, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Validate without Storing. A text box will identify mandatory data fields that are incomplete. Provide the missing information and select Store at the bottom of the page, then return to the Options page to query and select a Subject. The practitioner's name will now appear on your Available Individuals page.

When the Entity Data Bank Administrator activates Continuous Query, the agent authorization preferences are automatically pre-populated. The Entity Data Bank Administrator may update these preferences.
After the Entity Data Bank Administrator certifies the information on the screen, the designated agent's Entity Data Bank Administrator will receive an e-mail notification of this change.
