Debbie Greenberg is a Program Analyst in the Division of Cancer Control and Population Sciences (DCCPS),Behavioral Research Program (BRP), Office of the Associate Director (OAD), at the National Cancer Institute (NCI). She provides guidance on grants policy, portfolio management and administrative procedures for the BRP and OAD. She started her National Institutes of Health (NIH) career with the National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS) in the Division of Pharmacology, Physiology and Biological Chemistry and then went on to work for the NCI's OAD for Intramural Research. Her main focus in that position was managing all phases of the development and implementation of new database systems including writing user manuals, designing training modules, and providing ongoing technical user support.

Ms. Greenberg graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and from the University College of the University of Maryland with a Master of Science degree, also in Business. Debbie grew up as a third generation Washingtonian!
