Summary

Miami. Jean Jacques, a baggage handler employed by Bags To Go, Inc. at Miami International Airport (MIA), was found guilty by a Federal jury in Miami of using a false Social Security number to obtain his job. Jacques was arrested on September 6, 2002, on charges of making false statements on his security badge application and using a false social security number. He was one of 16 other employees at MIA charged in September with various Federal crimes involving their access to secure areas of the airport. A sentencing date has not been scheduled.
