New Help Desk Ticketing System!
Log-in with your eRA Commons username and password to access the eRA Help Desk web ticketing system to submit a help desk ticket online, view status of your prior tickets, and update your tickets.

To help expedite your Help Desk request, we recommend that you have the following information readily available (NOTE: Additional details may be required depending upon the type of issue/request):
- Full Name of Affected User
- Full Name of Institution/Organization
- Full Grant Number (Grants.gov Tracking Number for eSubmission)
- Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA)
If you need immediate help ((i.e. you are within two days of a deadline or in the event of a security emergency), call us. Note that the Help Desk's busiest hours are between 10 a.m. (ET) and 3 p.m. (ET).
