Region 3 consists of a Regional Office in Philadelphia, PA and two Metropolitan Offices; one in Philadelphia and one in Washington, D.C. We look forward to helping you plan, apply, execute, and complete transit projects that enhance the quality of life in your community. We are proud of the job being done by FTA and our Regional Office.
Historical Data (2007)
Region III provided $998,331,210 in federal funding, which translates to $1,247,914,012 in total project costs, awarding 245 grants in 2007. This funding helped 100 grantees with transportation projects throughout the region. The Region manages 693 active projects that have federal funding amounting to $7.7 billion with total project costs that exceed $9.6 billion.
