Office of Compliance and Enforcement (OCE) and Office of Program Performance (OPP) Program Visit Reports

Two offices of the Legal Services Corporation (LSC) assess grantees’ operations as a part of LSC’s grants oversight responsibilities: the Office of Program Performance (OPP) conducts assessments of the quality of grantees’ delivery of legal services, and the Office of Compliance and Enforcement (OCE) conducts assessments of grantees’ compliance with statutory, regulatory, and other requirements. Both offices conduct assessment visits to programs and then issue reports of the findings resulting from their assessments.
