Some of the information on NCI’s Web site (www.cancer.gov) is accessible for use on your Web site or in your information products through our dissemination program. This program is coordinated by NCI’s Office of Communications and Education as part of its mission to increase the dissemination of timely, credible cancer information to health professionals, patients, and the public. We actively seek partnerships with organizations willing to assist us in achieving this goal.

If you are interested in using NCI content, please e-mail us at license@cips.nci.nih.gov or call 301-496-1277.

Currently, NCI’s PDQ® Cancer Information summaries for health professionals and patients (in English and Spanish), NCI’s Listing of Cancer Clinical Trials, the NCI Dictionary of Cancer Terms (in English and Spanish), the NCI Drug Dictionary, and the Cancer Genetics Services Directory are available in Extensible Markup Language (XML) format. See the description of the PDQ database for more details about these information products.

NCI partners receive regular updates to the content. There is no charge or fee for accessing and using NCI’s content.

Our content dissemination partners include academic and research institutions, nonprofit institutions, and commercial Web and print publishers. See our list of current NCI content distribution partners.
