Additions and Enhancements
Update to 1/1/2006 - The research and data for the following APIS Policy Topics have been updated to include legislative and regulatory changes in effect on or before 1/1/2006:
- Alcohol Control Systems
- Retail Distribution Systems for Beer
- Wholesale Distribution Systems for Beer
- Retail Distribution Systems for Wine
- Wholesale Distribution Systems for Wine
- Retail Distribution Systems for Spirits
- Wholesale Distribution Systems for Spirits
- Beverage Service Training and Related Practices
Corrections and Clarifications
For uniformity across the Alcohol Control Systems policy topics, the alcohol range for beer distribution systems was extended to 100% for all jurisdictions even if the distribution system is "Indeterminate", i.e., the laws in those States do not clearly specify the distribution system for those beverages. This change affects high alcohol-content malt beverages in New Hampshire, Ohio, and Oregon.
