Additions and Enhancements

  • Alcohol Control Systems
    • Retail Distribution Systems for Beer
    • Wholesale Distribution Systems for Beer
    • Retail Distribution Systems for Wine
    • Wholesale Distribution Systems for Wine
    • Retail Distribution Systems for Spirits
    • Wholesale Distribution Systems for Spirits
  • Beverage Service Training and Related Practices

Corrections and Clarifications

For uniformity across the Alcohol Control Systems policy topics, the alcohol range for beer distribution systems was extended to 100% for all jurisdictions even if the distribution system is "Indeterminate", i.e., the laws in those States do not clearly specify the distribution system for those beverages. This change affects high alcohol-content malt beverages in New Hampshire, Ohio, and Oregon.

Policy Topic Jurisdiction Changes
Beverage Service Training and Related Practices Michigan For Voluntary programs, added check mark for Liability Defense in the section of the table dealing with Incentives for Training.
Beverage Service Training and Related Practices Nevada Changed coding in New or Existing Licenses column from Unspecified to Both, for the period beginning 6/17/2005.
Beverage Service Training and Related Practices Ohio Added coding for a Voluntary beverage service training program, for the period beginning 4/7/2004.
Retail Distribution Systems for Wine Virginia For beverages distributed by license, the high end of the Alcohol Content Range changed from 100% (undefined) to 21% ABV, based on regulation dealing with product approval requirements.
Wholesale Distribution Systems for Wine Virginia For beverages distributed by license, the high end of the Alcohol Content Range changed from 100% (undefined) to 21% ABV, based on regulation dealing with product approval requirements.
