Additions and Enhancements
New NHTSA Alcohol-Highway Safety Digest Topics section - The NHTSA Alcohol-Highway Safety Digest Topics section of the APIS Web site provides material from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's Digest of State Alcohol-Highway Safety Related Legislation. The NHTSA Digest is published yearly and reports "the status of State laws that are concerned with drunk driving offenses and alcoholic beverage control."
Sunday Sales - A column has been added to the Sunday Sales comparison tables to identify States with an exception to their Sunday sales bans that permits sales of beer with an alcohol content of 3.2 percent or less by weight.
Update to 1/1/2005 - The following APIS Policy Topics have been updated to 1/1/2005.
