PSC issues purchase cards to authorized employees under the government-wide commercial purchase card program, and ensures that customers have the required training. PSC also establishes certain single and monthly spending limits, and monitors spending in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations.

95% of all cardholders and approving officials will successfully complete the required training.
