Fort Bliss Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Program is a center for Army MWR excellence.Morale, Welfare, and Recreation exists to enhance the quality of life, contribute to Army communities of excellence, enrich living and working environments, and foster a sense of community for Soldiers, family members, and civilians.As an integral part of military life, MWR provides Soldiers and their family members with many fitness, entertainment and family support outlets. Many of the events, programs and services offered at Fort Bliss would not be possible without the contributions from national and international companies and organizations, community businesses, and patriotic citizens that we receive yearly.As one of the premier installation organizations in the Department of Defense, the Fort Bliss MWR program is a values-based organization, which focuses on preparing for war while providing high quality service to a growing and increasingly diverse population of Soldiers, families and civilians.
