Note: The 2010 Census did not include questions on the foreign-born population. After 2000, data on the foreign born are available only through the American Community Survey and Current Population Survey.

Census 2000 Foreign-Born Profiles

Census 2000 Profiles on the Foreign Born. These profiles provide detailed demographic, social, economic, and housing information from Census 2000 about the total, native and foreign-born populations of the United States. Profiles of the foreign-born population are available by country of the birth, world region of birth, U.S. citizenship status, and period of entry into the United States.
