Trademark Registration Multi-Page TIFF Images (current Calendar Year)

This data contains the images of registered trademarks from 1870 to the current Calendar Year in TIFF (Tagged Image File Format) with CCITT Group 4 Compression (multi-page TIFFs). An "image" is an actual page of the trademark, including renewals and modifications, which look just like the original printed document. This product is extracted from the USPTO's USAMark optical disc product, which is discontinued as of December 31, 2011. (The data will no longer be available in optical disc format, only online format at the web site below as of December 31, 2011.)

Trademark Daily Application Image 24 Hour Box (current Calendar Year)

The USPTO Daily Trademark Applications Images 24 Hour Box consists of two data sets:

(A)  24 Hour Box file, hryymmdd.zip

(B)  24 Hour Box Supplemental file, hrsyymmdda.zip, with optional files, hrsyymmddb.zip, hrsyymmddc.zip, etc.

The 24 Hour Box zip file contains images of daily Trademark applications in either JPG format (black and white, gray scale, or color), or TIFF (Tagged Image File Format) (black and white) processed through the Trademark Image Capture and Retrieval System (TICRS), and viewable using any standard image viewer for the current Calendar Year (January through December).  JPG images are accompanied by an XML file that contains text information about the application.  TIFF images contain the application number embedded in the image (stamped prior to scan).

Trademark Full Text XML Frontfile and Backfile (Applications, Assignments, TTAB)

This data contains (back file) pending and registered trademark text data (no images) to include word mark, serial number, registration number, filing date, registration date, goods and services, classification number(s), status code(s), design search code(s), pseudo mark(s) from the beginning of the database through the previous Calendar Year. The file format is eXtensible Markup Language (XML) in accordance with the U.S. Trademark Applications Version 2.0 Document Type Definition (DTD). Also included is (back file) trademark assignment text data (no images) from the beginning of the database through the previous Calendar Year. The file format is eXtensible Markup Language (XML) in accordance with the U.S. Trademark Assignments Version 0.4 Document Type Definition (DTD). Also included is (back file) Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) text data (no images) from the beginning of the database through the previous Calendar Year. The file format is eXtensible Markup Language (XML) in accordance with the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Version 1.0 Document Type Definition (DTD). Contents include 43 individual zip files that are created annually in January.

Average file size is 3.5 GB (compressed).
