DRF Announces Drawing Contest:

"It's a Noisy Planet: What are you doing to protect your hearing?"

2011 note: Deafness Research Foundation has changed its name to the Hearing Health Foundation.

Do you like to draw? In celebration of Better Hearing and Speech Month in May, the Deafness Research Foundation (DRF), a partner in NIDCD's It's a Noisy Planet. Protect Their Hearing campaign, has announced a drawing contest for children and teens ages 5–18. The contest aims to raise awareness about the need to prevent hearing loss and the steps children are taking to protect their hearing. The deadline to submit original artwork to DRF is April 16, 2010. For information, visit http://www.drf.org/drfbhsm.
