The Foundation for the National Archives is 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization for the exclusive charitable and educational purpose of furthering the activities of the National Archives, especially the advancement of public enrichment and education. All gifts are treated as unrestricted and are tax deductible in accordance with IRS regulations.
