GSA SmartPay is the Government’s charge card program. Government cardholders utilize the program to pay for:

Commercial goods and services
Travel related expenses
Fleet expenses

Three contractors provide the GSA SmartPay2 charge cards to over 350 government agencies and organizations. These contractors include: Citibank, JPMorgan Chase Bank and U.S. Bank. Each contractor provides purchase, travel, fleet, and integrated (i.e. combination of two or more of the three business lines) charge card products and services.

The GSA SmartPay® program provides charge cards to agencies/departments throughout the U.S. government, as well as tribal governments, through master contracts that are negotiated with major national banks.

SmartPay® Charge Cards are for Official U.S. Government usage only.
