Community Service

The Community Service Committee was formed in 2006 in an effort to allow graduate students the opportunity to give back to our community. As one of the strongest and most active Committees on the Graduate Student Council, we have logged hundreds of hours of volunteer work on projects ranging from cooking supper at the NIH Children's Inn to tutoring children in a D.C. transitional housing program to packing nonperishable foods for a local foodbank. We are always looking for volunteers.
