National IPR Coordination Center Referral Form

The National Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center (IPR Center) the U.S. government's clearinghouse for investigations into counterfeiting and piracy crimes that threaten the public's health and safety, the U.S. economy, and our war fighters.

The IPR Center encourages members of the general public, industry, trade associations, law enforcement and government agencies to report violations of intellectual property rights through this website. The information you provide will be reviewed promptly by IPR Center staff and disseminated for appropriate investigative response and tactical use to IPR Center partners. Reporting Allegations of Intellectual Property Theft There are various resources like the IPR Center’s pamphlet  and the Department of Justice, Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section’s publication Reporting Intellectual Property Crime: A Guide for Victims of Counterfeiting, Copyright Infringement, and Theft of Trade Secrets that may aid in reporting violations of intellectual property rights.
