   - Order GeneChips
   - Schedule run
 7. Data quality assessment
   - Statistical analysis to generate
    QC metrics and outlier detection
   - Summary report and raw data
     available via EDGE web interface
 4. Preparation of samples
   - Isolate RNA or DNA
   - Deliver samples and GeneChips
     to Core lab (Bldg 8, Rm 1A11)
     three days prior to run date
  
 8. Data analysis
   - Bioinformatic tools Partek Pro
     and GeneSpring available to user
   - Additional bioinformatic support
     available on a collaborative basis;
     contact Core staff if interested
