The DATS Food Services Programs has acquired oversight and administration of the NIH Approved Catering Services made available to NIH employees.

In order to insure quality service and uniform treatment is given and provided in any of the NIH Conference Service Centers, all catering companies are required to be licensed and also licensed in Montgomery County to provide service for NIH public events.

All catering companies will be required to undergo background clearances as well as meet or exceed the performance standards established by the DATS Food Services Programs.

When contacting a caterer, please specify that their name was chosen from the NIH Approved Catering Services Listing.
