Give the Gift of Health

A twist on gift-giving this year could change a million hearts. Million Hearts™ is asking gift givers to consider taking care of their own health as a gift to a loved one.

"Family members worry about loved ones who are at risk for heart disease or stroke," said Janet Wright, M.D., Executive Director of the Million Hearts™ Initiative. "When someone pledges to learn how to improve their health and prevent a heart attack or stroke in the coming year, it can have deep meaning to the people who love them. It’s a warm acknowledgement that the gift-givers know what really matters to their loved ones—having them here to enjoy the season for years to come."

Show loved ones "you get it—your health matters to them" with a free digital post card for Facebook and Twitter, an eCard, or a printout slipped into a card.
