February’s twenty (20) 60-second radio features include stories about National Wear Read Day (2/1), heart health for African Americans, the importance of basic biomedical research, risks of sudden cardiac death, a link between lack of food and being frail, and the importance of sleep, especially for pregnant women.

BONUS TRACKS – NIH Radio is adding new, special bonus tracks with NIH Health Matters. This month, there are two (2) 60-second “Lifelines” features. Topics include the impact of cancer and resources for information.
