Health Datapalooza IV Exit Disclaimer is an annual conference born from government efforts to liberate health data. It features innovative and effective uses of health data by companies, startups, academics, government agencies and individuals. This year, for the first time, the event will be hosted by the Health Data Consortium. Exit Disclaimer The conference was launched as part of The Health Data Initiative (HDI). The HDI was created in 2010 by the Institute of Medicine Exit Disclaimer and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as the Community Health Data Initiative, as a public-private collaboration that encouraged innovators to use health data to develop applications to raise awareness of health and health systems performance and spark community action to improve health.
