What is the Resolution Support Center? RSC is a call center that was developed as another resource for VA Managers and staff to ask general HR related questions, and resolve workplace issues, as well as to assist Veterans who have concerns about their VA healthcare and benefits.
What does the RSC do?

RSC provides timely, high quality resource support to address workplace issues while promoting early resolution at the lowest possible level by:

• Discussing the customer’s issues in order to give information on options.
• Referring customers to subject matter experts, when necessary, to address their issues; and
• Following up with the customer to ensure the issue is timely resolved.

RSC can educate and provide referrals on the following issues:

• HR&A’s Transformation-21 initiatives: ORM Human Capital Investment Plan (ADVANCE, Wellness is Now (WIN), Worklife4U, VALU)
• VA policies and procedures on telework, Family Medical Leave Act, Performance Management, and personnel matters;
• Reasonable Accommodation, Sexual Harassment, Reprisal
• Equal Employment Opportunity complaint processes and requirements; and
• Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes, including mediation, facilitation, and conflict coaching.
