The 2012 ADR Atlas is divided into two volumes this year. Volume One: Atlas of Chronic Kidney Disease in the United States and Volume Two: Atlas of End-Stage Renal Disease in the United States.Both sections of the atlas, focuses on a visual display of information through graphs and maps. You can view and download both PDF files of these chapters and Excel files of the data underlying the figures. Slides of all the Atlas graphics are available here.

Reference Tables Adobe (View & Download Excel-files by section)
The reference tables are similar to those of previous editions. Titles have been further clarified, and footnotes provide more information on the patient populations used in the analyses. You can view and download Excel files of these tables.

Atlas (HTML) - Text Based with Graphics
This format of the Atlas is more suited for viewing on the web. All figures are linked to a popup window that includes a preview of the figure and a link to each figure’s slide file. PDF's and the complete set of slides with Excel data are available for download.
