This literature review explores factors related to the adoption of vision rehabilitation strategies in different service delivery and financing models. The scientific evidence on effectiveness of rehabilitation services for patients with vision impairments is examined in a broader context of rehabilitation for chronic impairments. This review was prepared for the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality by The Lewin Group.
