Summit on Linking Clinical Practice and the Community for Health Promotion

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), the Association for State and Territorial Health Officers (ASTHO), and the American Medical Association (AMA) hosted a summit to promote discussion, forge relationships, and identify next steps for collaborative activities among clinical practices, public health, and community organizations. Each of these three areas was represented by summit participants, who shared the goal of promoting our Nation's health. This report provides a summary of the proceedings.
