On February 14, 2013, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30
days, to continue to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via the Intelsat 701 space station at the 157.0º E.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz
(space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-11.95 GHz
(space-to-Earth), 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat is also authorized to continue to
conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain Intelsat 701 at the 157.0º E.L. orbital location using the following
center frequencies: 3947.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), 3948.0 MHz (space-to-Earth), 3952.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), 3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth),
6173.7 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space).

On February 14, 2013, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 60
days, to provide Fixed-Satellite Service, on a temporary basis, via the Intelsat 706 space station at the 157.0º E.L. orbital location in the
3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth),
12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat is also authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking,
and command operations with the Intelsat 706 space station necessary to maintain the Intelsat 706 space station at the 157.0º E.L. orbital location
using the following center frequencies: 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3
MHz (Earth-to-space).

days, to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain the Galaxy 11 space station at the 55.6º W.L.
orbital location using the following center frequencies: 14.0005 GHz and 14.4985 GHz (Earth-to-space); and 11.701 GHz and 11.702 GHz
(space-to-Earth). Intelsat is also authorized to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Galaxy 11 in the 10.95-11.20 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2
GHz (space-to-Earth), and 13.75-14.50 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, from the 55.6º W.L. orbital location.
