PDF files must be viewed with an Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have a copy, it can be downloaded for free from the

How long does it take to get an order?
If the item is in stock when your order is placed, it will be shipped in 5 business days. You can expect to receive it
within 10-14 days from the date you placed the order. If the item is not in stock and has been advance ordered, the item
will be shipped shortly after it is received at our warehouse. Depending on the size of your order, you may receive multiple
