As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, I make sure each of my supervisees has a copy of this manual. It is an excellent resource. Good CBT information for psycho-education of clients. Uses techniques similar to other trauma-focused treatment. A must have for anyone dealing with children who have a history of trauma!

I work with adolescents from group homes, many of whom landed in foster care, then ended up in group homes, as a result of traumatic losses sustained when they were children.
