Outreach Event

On Tuesday, September 25, 2012, officials from the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) will be hosting two town hall meetings in Hamilton, Ohio, to provide information about a new class of former Feed Materials Production Center (FMPC) employees recently added to the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act’s (EEOICPA) Special Exposure Cohort.

DOL’s Traveling Resource Center staff will also be available before and after each town hall meeting to assist individuals with the taking of new claims under the EEOICPA and to provide claimants with status updates on their EEOICPA claim.
