Jeff Bridgers is a Reference Specialist in the Prints & Photographs Division (P&P) at the Library of Congress. He enjoys selecting pictures that “catch the eye” and has provided the images and stories for many RSS feeds. A 1991 graduate of the Columbia University School of Library Service, Jeff was at The National Library of Medicine for five years before coming to the Library of Congress to work on the American Memory Project of the National Digital Library. He joined P&P in 2003 and prepares many of the Web site pages, including illustrated reference aids and online collection frameworks.
