The Sexual Assault/Rape Crisis Services Information Hotlines

The Carlisle Barracks DA Police Dispatcher (245-4115) is the 24-hour report point of contact for unrestricted reports of sexual assault. DA Police will initiate the investigative process.

The Dunham US Army Health Clinic (717-245-7281) may be contacted during normal duty hours to provide medical intervention and examination referral to the victim, as well as explain restricted vs. unrestricted reporting options.

Military One Source (1-800-342-9647) is a 24-hour resource available to military personnel and their Family members for crisis intervention and/or referral information.

The Sexual Assault/Rape Crisis Services of Cumberland County (717-258-4324 or 1-888-727-2877) is a 24-hour report point of contact for sexual assault in the Carlisle area. 24 Hour reporting of child sexual abuse/ assault can be made to Childline @1-800-932-0313.

The YWCA of Greater Harrisburg - Violence Intervention and Prevention Services (717-238-7273 or 1-800-654-1211) is a 24-hour report point of contact for sexual assault in the greater Harrisburg area.

The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape (1-888-772-7227) is a 24-hour information and referral service for victims of sexual assault located in Enola, PA.
