Blanchfield Army Community HospitalBACH Enrollment - Open for Family enrollment within a 30 minute drive time. All active duty service members are assigned to a troop medical clinic upon arrival to Fort Campbell.

Fort Campbell's Managed Care Contractor, Humana Military Healthcare Services, accepts applications for new enrollment in one of three ways:
