The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to assist Department of Army civilians, their family members, active duty family members, and retirees whose well being and/or job performance is adversely affected by medical, behavioral, or emotional problems, including alcohol and/or other drug abuse. EAP services include prevention, education, identification, assessment, referral for treatment and follow-up. Typical issues not related to substance abuse may include financial, legal, family, marital, interpersonal relationships, anger management, stress management, workplace violence, and others.
