Congratulations to the graduates of Class 63-005 of the Spouse Leadership Development Course. The course�s mission is to proactively educate USASMA spouses and promote a team-building approach by enhancing and developing leadership skills to support readiness, morale, and a successful command. The spouses echoed that sentiment by the skills they learned during the course and other souses should not miss this tremendous opportunity. They feel they are better prepared to support their spouse/Soldier/leader in their future roles. ULTIMA Strong!

Sergeant Major David Gonzalez bid his final farewell to the Army ranks today retiring with 30 years of service to his country. He entered the Army in 1983 as a Man Portable Air Defense Systems Crewmember. He served in numerous positions in Air defense units up to Brigade CSM. He has numerous deployments to include Operation Iraqi Freedom. His final assignment was Operations Sergeant Major, Sergeants Major Nonresident Course, U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy.
