This online library contains messages from years 2000 thru present ONLY.  Please email for  messages from 1996 thru 1999 (NAVADMIN) and from 1998 thru 1999 (ALNAV).  Messages from years prior to this are not available from the BUPERS Webmaster.  When you email a request for an archived message, please include the message number.  Archived messages can be searched for content using the Search tool above.

All messages that contained Last 4 of SS# have been removed from the website per OSD Directive 13798-10.  Please contact the NPC Customer Service Center (866-U-ASK-NPC) or email for further information.

Permissive Temporary Duty messages have been replaced by MILPERSMAN 1320-220.  However, NAVADMINs 95/078, 92/109, and 93/123 are available for download.
