Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP)

The Voice for Women in Business in our Nation's Capital, Women Impacting Public Policy, Inc. (WIPP) is a national nonpartisan public policy organization that advocates for and on behalf of women and minorities in business in the legislative processes of our nation, creating economic opportunities and building bridges and alliances to other small business organizations.

Northrop Grumman

At Northrop Grumman the Socio-Economic Business Programs (SEBP) Office acts as the liaison between prospective small disadvantaged businesses interested in working with Northrop Grumman and the company’s procurement organizations. The Office's efforts to increase the number of successful minority and women –owned contractors by providing outreach and mentorship have been recognized nationally. Other small disadvantaged businesses includes Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Minority Institutions, Veterans, Service Disabled Veterans and HUBZone business concerns.
