Synopsis: E70851X - Interact Performance Systems

The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to procure training materials from Interact Performance Systems, Inc. on a sole source basis. Under the order, Interact Performance Systems will supply NSF with materials that are used for a 4-day NSF training course, "Performance Problem Solving for Peers/Managers" that has been created around this material. Supplemental materials have been developed by an NSF instructor and integrated into the training course.

The period of performance is the date of award through one year. The proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to sponsor with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This synopsis is for information purposes only.
