Program Initiatives
This section contains information about programs and/or
research that stem from the National Nutrition Summit. The National
Nutrition Summit Web Site Committee is responsible for deciding
on which program initiatives to include in this section. The program
initiatives include the following:
Surgeon
General's Call to Action to Prevent and Decrease Overweight and
Obesity—A report that outlines strategies that communities
can use in helping prevent and decrease overweight and obesity.
