Assistance Prime Awardee data

The most recent Guidance, M-09-19, Guidance on Data Submission under the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA), requires federal agencies to report Assistance Prime Awardee data to USASpending.gov twice per month. However, agencies are encouraged to submit any new data to the site as frequently as possible, with the goal of moving towards daily file submissions. New data received by USASpending.gov by 6pm EST is processed and made available on the site within the next business day.

Contracts Prime Awardee data

Contracts Prime Awardee data is retrieved from the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS-NG) on a daily basis. FPDS-NG is integrated with contract writing systems of federal agencies and the data remains current as reflected in the agency's contract writing system. Please note that for the Department of Defense, there is approximately a 90 day delay before the data is released publicly by FPDS for display on USASpending.gov to protect operations tempo.

Contracts Prime Awardee data on the site includes transactions entered into FPDS as of TBD.


Sub-award Data

All Sub-award data is based on Prime Awardee submissions from FSRS, for sub-contracts as of TBD and for sub-grants as of TBD.
