Meeting Schedule

Meetings of the LSC Board of Directors are held four times a year. The annual meeting is held on the last Friday of January of each year at a place determined by a majority of the Directors. Other meetings are typically held on a quarterly basis at locations determined by the Board. The Committees of the Board and the Board also hold telephonic meetings as necessary throughout the year.
