Updated February 7, 2013. NIH is operating under a continuing resolution through March 27, 2013. During this time, NIAID will issue grants—competing and noncompeting—at up to 90 percent of the amount approved for the current budget period. See our Financial Management Plan.

  • Salary caps are as follows:
    • $179,700 for awards issued on or after December 23, 2011.
    • $199,700 for awards issued before December 23, 2011.
  • NIH implemented a two percent increase for all stipend levels. See NRSA Stipend Levels.
